Your rental time will be outlined in your contract but our standard times are 11:00am until 11:00pm with your event ending at 10:00pm due to noise ordinances within Raleigh. You may add early access to your wedding day at a rate of $400 per hour. Additional hour to extend reception time from 10:00pm to 11:00pm on Friday and Saturdays.

All alcohol must be booked through The Meadows bar at a starting rate of $8.75 per person per hour.

One hour of rehearsal time is included with your contract. Your rehearsal is scheduled 30 days from your wedding day based on our calendar availability.

Our required catering list is in place to best serve you and your guests. It has been created with great care knowing that each caterer on the list has knowledge of the event industry, working experience at our venue and with large scale events. You are required to select from one of our caterers.

We do provide 14 live wood edge tables that can seat up to 14 guests and do not require linens, 60" round tables, cocktail tables, and reception chairs.  Plates, flatware, glassware, or linens are not included in our rental packages and will be secured through Curated Events with the assistance of our in-house planner.

We love pets and they are welcome on wedding days! They must have a handler that supervises them at all times. They must be leashed and we do ask you to provide their vaccination records before the event day.

Your final song will be at 9:50pm with a grand exit at 9:55pm Sunday through Thursday, 10:50pm and 10:55pm Friday and Saturdays. Unfortunately, this is not our rule, but the music ordinance for the county we are in.

Wedding budgets can vary based on a number of factors and what's most important to you. The major component includes your guest count and your vision for the day. An average wedding of 140 guests at The Meadows requires $45,000 to $65,000.

To secure your date at The Meadows we require a signed contract and a 40% deposit. Your remaining payments will be split evenly in increments of 30%, 20% and 10%.

Our in-house planning company Timeless Events will include your planning package selected along with an estimated rental cost of your linens, plates, flatware, ceremony chairs, and glassware from Curated Events. We do this to make the planning process that much smoother, which means less contracts and minimizes payments to remember.

Parking is on site at The Meadows. We can accommodate up to guest counts of 350. As you enter The Meadows property through the iron gate you'll stay right along the path and drive pass the white house we call Aerie Retreat. Parking can be found to the left of the bend. From there it's a short walk to the ceremony site or the reception space at Heron Hall.
