The Roost offers a completely separate retreat for the other half of your wedding party, providing a private space to gather, prepare, and enjoy the day together. Accommodating up to 11 overnight guests, the house features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious primary bedroom suite, and a large sunlit dressing room with plenty of room for wedding-day preparations.

Serving as much more than a preparation suite, The Roost provides an elevated atmosphere designed for memorable experiences and a little friendly competition. Enjoy a round of cards in the poker room, challenge your crew in the game room featuring darts, foosball, ping pong, and video games, or gather on the front porch lined with rocking chairs overlooking the sunset across the preserve. Outside, the fun continues with a basketball hoop and putting green, creating the perfect setting for effortless entertainment before the celebration begins.

The Meadows offers a full weekend rental experience that allows you and your wedding party to stay onsite for multiple days, bringing everyone together for a seamless and unforgettable wedding weekend.
