Ceremony Sites
The Meadows currently offers 5 unique ceremony locations to select from. You have the opportunity to experience a whimsical wooded backdrop, a valley nestled within the trees, a romantic lush lawn, or even a meadow with beautiful rolling hills in the background.
Heron Hall
Our cocktail and reception space, Heron Hall, can seat up to 350 guests with indoor and outside seating available. The venue features a stained glass window door leading to our outside lounge, a green roof bar with live plants that serves both inside and outside from the rolled up doors, and live edge wood reception tables.
Heron Hall is also home to speciality antique tables that can be used for your gift, dessert, favor, or sweetheart table. We have a custom fire pit that provides seating for chilly months, built in cocktail tables, and a private couple's suite.

Aerie House Retreat
Enjoy a spacious house with all the modern luxuries of home on your wedding day. The Meadows offers a full weekend rental package that allows you and your bridal party to stay onsite for multiple days or your entire wedding weekend! Aerie house sleeps up to 8 guests with a fully equipped kitchen, primary bedroom with spa tub, outdoor iron claw cast tubs with hot water, and a large sunlit dressing room suite with vintage vanities. We provide plenty of mirror space for you and your party to look your absolute best!
Complimentary coffee and welcome drinks are available to start your wedding day off right. You'll find plenty of beautiful walls and natural light that make for the perfect backdrop for pre-wedding photos.
The Roost Retreat
Our second home, The Roost, offers a completely separate location for the other half of your bridal party to get ready in. The house comes completely furnished and includes a large sunlit dressing room suite with steel lockers, a primary bedroom suite, parlor room with bumper pool table and front porch with rocking chairs. You'll find the ultimate game room with darts, pingpong, video games, and more!
The Meadows offers a full weekend rental package that allows you and your bridal party to stay onsite for multiple days or for your entire wedding weekend! The Roost sleeps up to 11 guests with a fully equipped kitchen.
