The Meadows is a unique wedding venue on a heritage estate. We are proud to share our 220 acre nature preserve and our passion for land conservation with you. Consider us your private sanctuary, blending rolling meadows and mature forests to celebrate love in nature, in the heart of Raleigh. Our venue was designed with elegant simplicity and curated indoor and outdoor spaces with your inspirations in mind. We would be honored to partner with you to bring your vision to life on your wedding day.
We are located just 12 minutes south of downtown Raleigh and 5 minutes from hotels, restaurants and shopping. Additionally, we are only 20 minutes east of RDU airport and RTP. We truly are a hidden jewel nestled in the heart of Raleigh.

Intimate Event Venue
The Covey, the sister venue to The Meadows, was intentionally designed for intimate weddings and life’s milestone celebrations. Whether you’re planning a wedding, rehearsal dinner, or special event with up to 50 guests, The Covey combines artistically curated spaces, natural surroundings, and the signature hospitality of Firefly Farm Preserve to create an experience that is both welcoming and elevated.
AERIE HOUSE
Wedding Party Suite
Aerie House, your private retreat for the day, offers a refined space designed for relaxation and connection as you savor the moments leading to your walk down the aisle. With thoughtfully curated interiors and a seamless flow for preparations, this space invites ease and elegance, allowing you to be fully present with your closest people.
THE ROOST
Wedding Party Suite
The Roost Retreat, a second preparation suite, is where the day kicks off with your closest friends and family. This space encourages friendly competition and camaraderie, complete with games, activities, and plenty of room to prepare. The Roost is where memories are made, stories are shared, and the excitement of the day truly begins.

We absolutely loved getting married at The Meadows. The staff were so kind, supportive, and helpful from the very beginning of the wedding planning process — all the way through the end of reception. The Meadows offers a variety of ceremony site options on their property, and we even changed our location several times throughout the planning process. They were accommodating every time and made our wedding dreams come true! Everyone was so friendly — it truly was the perfect day!

My husband and I were lucky enough to book The Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve. We were blown away by the venue staff. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and the buildings have been newly constructed, so everything is nice and new, yet doesn't look out of place with the natural surroundings.
