HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

We’ve always pitched The Meadows as an aesthetically versatile space; this wedding proves that with a splash of watercolor on acrylic, edged champagne flutes, and a tufted barrel lounge set, Heron Hall + our meadows can lean black-tie gala as easily as they can rock boho.

Now, onto the actual nuptials. Never has a bachelorette party made me so hyped for a wedding. And in case that was confusing, no I wasn’t actually at Chaydaa’s bach. But if IG stories indicate anything, I knew her and Jeff’s wedding day was going to be one smoldering, smashing party.

And it was.

Chaydaa + Jeff’s celebration embodied so much of their ease + style. I think there’s a word for that, actually.

From champagne towers to opulent, fluffy florals to epic dance party with DJ Skas, the mood was equal parts glam and get down. But despite the unparalleled surface beauty, it was the bond between them and their guests that made the day so remarkable.

Chaydaa + Jeff met while at Duke but currently call the East Bay, CA their home. We’ve had a few couples make this transcontinental commitment, and watching The Meadows unfurl as a destination to gather loved ones from far and near has an extra magic to it. 

You know the type who treat their fur babies + friends like family? Well, that’s this crew - when you’re in, you’re in.  From custom thank you notes on the dinner cards, to the ease in their morning-of ritual, Chaydaa + Jeff’s all encompassing love really went beyond the whole “I only have eyes for you” to include all of their people (and vendors, too).
