For the aim of transparency and adding a tactile element to your wedding planning, we host two Showcases each year. These aren’t conventional, salesy expos where you’re bombarded by business cards. Instead, a lineup of 20+ locally loved vendors showcase their talents throughout the property, letting you experience the natural beauty of The Meadows with catering and bar samples, live DJ’s, styled tables & ceremony sites, floral and makeup demonstrations, lawn games, and more!

We encourage couples to interact with vendors: ask questions, look through portfolios, exchange info, etc. Moreso, we create space for you + yours to relax into the space and experience the ambiance of The Meadows. This year, the event was intentionally designed to highlight how intimate gatherings still feel lively, full, thoughtfully designed, and then some.

We remain forever grateful to the lineup of vendors who put so much creative energy + time into filling this space with beauty.
